The county council hereby adopts by ordinance and authorizes the use of Uniform Ordinance
Summonses as provided in this article and by S.C. Code 1976, § 56-7-80, for the enforcement
of all county ordinances. All county law enforcement officers and county commissioned
officers and code enforcement officers are hereby authorized to use the uniform ordinance
summons, as provided in this article, and to prosecute offenses which each charges,
personally, by uniform ordinance summons, in the magistrates courts of the county.
